During the week, if I’m not sitting at my desk, it’s a pretty safe bet that you will find me in Foxcroft & Ginger sipping on a Skinny Cappuccino.
Foxcroft is an inviting, cosy little café situated in the heart of Soho, Berwick St. If you’re ever milling around Soho, and you’re a caffeine addict like myself, I highly recommend you paying them a visit.
When you walk in, you are greeted with an array of beautifully presented food, the blissful smell of coffee beans and more often than not, a friendly face. As you look around you’re surrounded by an eclectic mix of vintage furniture throughout the café, including gymnastic horses transformed into tables, which only further adds to the ambiance. The whole place oozes with homemade, wholesome and hearty deli style dishes and treats, not to mention the finest coffee in London! Trust me.
And if coffee’s not your thing, there’s also hot chocolate, a range of tea and even wine by the glass or bottle! It can get very busy, upstairs is a little hectic but downstairs, in the basement, is the real deal. When you order, you may have to wait a little longer for your coffee then you would in a chain, such as Starbucks or Costa, but it’s worth the wait, and what’s the rush?
